Founder and Naturopath and Nutritionist - Debi Foli attained her Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Health/Business after attending Charter Oak State College, Arizona State University, California State University at San Marcos and others. Debi Foli is a Certified Nutritional Consultant (CNC), a diplomat member in good standing of the American Association of Nutritional Consultants. Debi is a Registered Naturopathic Diplomat (RND) and Traditional Naturopath (NP). She is a professional member in good standing of the National Association of Nutritional Professionals (NANP). Former Retail Buyer and Retail Marketing Manager for Y-95 FM in San Diego, CA, Debi Foli has worked in the natural health field since 1991 and is a home-birthing mother of three. Married to Michael Foli D.C., Debi has been involved in the drugless, natural health and whole food industry throughout her marriage (which began in 1991) and practice, Straight Nutrition, which began in 2002.
Tatyana Beath CNE
Nutritionist - Tatyana Beath attained her Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder. After the birth of her first child in 2002, she decided to pursue her true passion and returned to school. She earned her Nutrition Educator Certification (CNE) from Bauman College in Dec. 2005. She has spent the majority of her time practicing overseas and working with military families and active duty members. She had the opportunity to study the Okinawan lifestyle and longevity attributed to their way of living and eating. As her youngest of 4 starts school full time, she is excited to grow her practice and extend her knowledge to help others in the community. She believes in a holistic approach and whole foods based eating plan that is easily adapted to each individual. We are excited to have Tatyana's wealth of expertise on our Straight Nutrition Team as well as her engineering skills in running our soon to be launched affiliate program.
Health Coach Intern - Leila Belghiti is a graduate of “The Institute of Integrative Nutrition” and has received her certification as a Holistic Health Coach and has studied over 150 dietary theories. She grew up with a French mother who was always health conscious and emphasized the importance of home-cooked meals, fruits and veggies and physical exercise. Her father, being Moroccan upheld the traditions of his country with meals rich in meats, spices and starches. As a young child she suffered from severe allergic reactions to wheat and dairy as well as unexplained weight gain. She has since then struggled to find foods that didn’t make her sick. Her drive led her to do doing countless hours of research on nutrition and lifestyle, leading to her changing her major in college from Human Development to Health Science with an emphasis in Chinese Medicine, a degree she is still pursuing. After years of being her own patient she has found that a plant-based diet has cured all her ailments, and that lifestyle in addition emotional wellness have a major role to play in one’s health. Her passion to spread the message that food is medicine has done nothing but grow, as she now advocates the importance of preventative medicine.
