With a Receipt: An original receipt dated within 30 days of the purchase is required for return of unopened products for a full refund of the purchase price on the original method of payment. There will be a 20% restocking fee on ALL products returned that are unopened withing 30 days of purchase. Debit card transactions will be refunded as debit, credit card transactions will be refunded as credit. Other rules may apply, see below.
Without a Receipt and over 30 days: The price refunded will be the lowest on sale price within the last 30 days. A refund will be issued only in the form of a credit to the clients account with Straight Nutrition. A 20% restocking fee applies.
Opened products: Straight Nutrition cannot refund any products already opened by the client regardless of the number of days from the purchase date.
Custom Orders: There will be a 20% restocking fee on ALL products returned that have been custom ordered. A custom order is an item that is NOT in our shopping store that we have ordered specially for you.
Straight Nutrition requests that all appointments that need to be rescheduled or cancelled be done prior to 48 hours before the set appointment. Due to the limited availability of service hours, all appointments, phone or in-person, that are not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the appointed time, will be charged at the rate of $75 per hour.
Straight Nutrition ships only within the United States of America at this time. Unless otherwise stated in writing on this Purchase Order, goods shall be shipped F.O.B. Destination via the cheapest common carrier, prepaid and uninsured. Vendor shall bear all risk of loss, injury, or destruction of goods, until acceptance thereof by you.
